We are committed to driving meaningful transformation within the South African real estate sector by empowering young people with access to education, skills development, and economic opportunity.

Through the South African Youth in Property Association (SAYIPA), we actively create pathways for youth to enter and thrive in the property industry by providing structured programmes that focus on real estate education, mentorship, and practical industry exposure.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between learning and earning by equipping young professionals with the tools, knowledge, and mindset required to build sustainable careers and participate meaningfully in the economy.
