Central to our achievement in engaging young individuals and channeling property industry opportunities towards the youth is our dedication to education. SAYIPA (South African Youth in Property Association), an integral part of our Educational Division, serves as our NGO. SAYIPA provides an array of real estate training courses and accredited qualifications, aiming to uplift and empower the youth of South Africa. Our focus is on equipping them with the skills needed to initiate a career and build an investment portfolio within the real estate sector. The sole purpose of our education and training programs is to enlist, upskill, and create opportunities for the youth.
